Terms & Conditions

  1. As outlined in our previous discussion representatives of New Moon Productions will be providing the services outlined within this document.
  2. The services received will be of the same quality of photo/video as seen on our website www.newmoonproductions.co.uk.
  3. The price arranged has been set out in your invoice, this is based on New Moon Productions providing the products and services requested by yourself including any travel expenses at the time of quotation. New Moon Productions reserve the right to increase any costings before your ceremony date.
  4. Your images/video will be provided to you by a downloadable link and New Moon Productions gives you personal sharing/printing rights to all that you receive. We would be happy to provide all files on a USB upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to ask for information if you wish to do so.
  5. We will always aim to provide full coverage of your day during the hours booked, in the event we are stopped by a representative of the venue in which we are photographimg/filming, we will not be held accountable for any footage/images missed.
  6. New Moon Productions gives the recipient full useage rights to share any videography or photography produced for personal use only. Using your footage or images for advertising or promotional purposes on a third party platform is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing.
  7. Deposit
    To secure your booking you will pay a non-refundable deposit, this amount is 20% of your total invoice and is stipulated at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your invoice is to be paid up to one month before the wedding at the latest. Failure to settle the balance in full within the timescale outlined may result in New Moon Productions canceling the agreed service.

  8. Inflation Adjustment Clause
    If your event booking is taking place more than 12 months after paying your deposit, New Moon Productions reserves the right to adjust the total value of your quote by up to 10% in order to keep up with inflation and standard living & operating costs.

  9. Cancellations
    In the case of a cancellation on behalf of the client, or another representative, e.g. wedding venue, government, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, however, in the case that New Moon Productions is unable to fulfill the arrangement made, another representative will be sent or a full refund will be issued. If you wish to reschedule your wedding, we will happily move your booking to another available date at no extra cost. If we are unable to offer your chosen services on your new date, we will refund you in full. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice to the event will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total invoice amount. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will not be entitled to any form of refund. New Moon Productions expects immediate settlement of balance upon notifying us of cancellation within these timeframes.   10. Privacy and Consent
    • Personal Data
      When you first contact New moon Productions, it is usually through social media messaging, via email or phone. We collect your name, event date, venue, and personal address via the above communications & by the booking form we send to be filled out. We will use the mentioned data to communicate with you about your wedding, share with any third parties who may operate on the behalf of New Moon Productions and for marketing purposes. If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent to the above, you can simply do this via email, this email will then be stored and adhered to.
    • Usage Policy
      By using our services you consent to New Moon Productions using your images and/or footage of your event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to New Moon Productions Usage Policy we are to be notified in writing via email and discussed prior to your event date.       By paying your deposit and commencing to work with New moon Productions you accept that you have read and understand the conditions and consent to your data being used as described.
